Alternatively, you may take a taxi from the airport straight to the hotel. Taking a public bus is also an option but you have to take a bus to Rhodes town and then another one to Faliraki.

Since COVID-19 broke out, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is up to 11:00. This is done to ensure our staff have enough time to clean and disinfect your room thoroughly.
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the common areas of the hotel. If we can give your room before check in time, we definitely will.
Non-refundable rates are lower exactly because they cannot be cancelled for free.
All other rates do provide a free cancellation period which is stated on your reservation confirmation. After this period you cannot cancel for free.
