Exclusive Hotel IN RHODES

Is the hotel Adults Only?

Kouros Exclusive Hotel & Suites is an adults only hotel. We accept young adults from 16 years old and over.

How can I get to the hotel?

Our hotel can arrange a private transfer for you at an extra cost. Please send us an email in case you would like to receive more information info@kourosexclusive.gr. Alternatively, you may take a taxi from the airport straight to the hotel. Taking a public bus is also an option but you have to take a bus to Rhodes town and then another one to Faliraki.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes! Pets are allowed.
We know that your best friend is very important to you and we don’t want to keep you apart during your holidays.

Where can I find the best online price?

We guarantee that the best online price will be found on our website. If you find a better price online, contact us and we will match it.

I do not see the same rates that I did yesterday. Is this normal?

Our rates change depending on the availability we have at each given date. We always recommend to our guests to book their holidays as soon as possible to benefit from the best rates available.

What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival at the hotel?

Upon arrival at the hotel you must present your reservation voucher, (electronically or printed), and the ID or passport of all guests under the reservation.

What is the time of check-in and check-out of the hotel?

Since COVID-19 broke out, check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is up to 11:00. This is done to ensure our staff have enough time to clean and disinfect your room thoroughly.
If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage at reception and enjoy the common areas of the hotel. If we can give your room before check in time, we definitely will.

Can I check out later than 11:00?

It is possible to provide you with a late check out but this service is subject to availability and may carry additional charges. Please check with reception the day before your departure.

Can I cancel my reservation for free?

Non-refundable rates are lower exactly because they cannot be cancelled for free.
All other rates do provide a free cancellation period which is stated on your reservation confirmation. After this period you cannot cancel for free.

Can I make a special request for my reservation?

Of course! If you have special requests, such as the location of the room (ex. ground floor etc.), or any other subject related to your reservation please contact us info@kourosexclusive.gr.
Please note that our reception team will do everything in their power to accommodate your request and make your stay as pleasant as possible, but we cannot guarantee the requests.

*Some requests ex. late check out, may incur additional changes and you will always be informed about it at the time of the request

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Yes, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi in your room and all public areas of the hotel.

Does your hotel have a spa?

Our hotel features a massage room. You may book your appointment with our reception team.

Do you provide options for food intolerances and/or allergies?

Yes, all of our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for guests with allergies and/ or intolerances. Please contact us a few days before your arrival to inform us about of your needs.

I have a reservation on half board basis. Are drinks also included?

The half board rates include breakfast & dinner. Drinks are not included in the rates.

Is there a safe in the rooms?

Yes, all our rooms have a safe in the room free of charge.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, our hotel provides free parking for all our guests.

Does the hotel provide pool towels?

Yes. The hotel provides pool towels with a refundable deposit of 10€ per towel. This deposit is paid at reception with cash and the money is returned to you at check out when the towels are returned.
